About Gefest Group

"Gefest", Ltd. was founded in 1999 as a fire protection company. Since then "Gefest" has grown into a group of engineering and manufacturing companies. The number of staff of the company is more than 200 employees.

For 11 years Gefest Group has provided full range of fire-preventing services for Russian and foreign customers. "Gefest" also supplies clients with the fire-preventing equipment produced by "Fornosovsky Molding-and-Mechanical Plant", Ltd. - one of the members of the Group.

"Gefest" actively co-operates both with leading Russian and foreign producers of fire protecting materials and equipment and with scientific-research and educational institutes.

In October 2007 "Gefest" was officially certified according to the ISO 9001-2008 standard. ISO 9001:2008 certification confirms our commitment to provide top-quality services and products. Our design, installation, starting-up, adjustment and maintenance services satisfy Russian standards and the requirements of foreign insurance companies: NFPA (National Fire Protection Association, USA) and FM Global (Factory Mutual Research Corporation).
